User Agreement between you and TeachOrTutor.com

The following is the user agreement as presented by TeachOrTutor.com. You must agree to these terms before you will be able to list your ads, or buy them. If you do not accept these terms, please, do not use our services. Once you click the "Yes, I agree," box, you agree to these said terms of the user agreement below.

Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This classified is only available to people who are legally able to form teaching contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an ad on TeachOrTutor.com. People who are of under age of 16 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that can result as of those members. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these classified services.

Article 2. TeachOrTutor.com is only providing classified services - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying knowledge via internet classified. We do not have control over the ads that are posted in the classified site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said classified listing. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the classified, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this classified site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is.’ TeachOrTutor.com works to eliminate the risk with a feedback rating system and by monitoring ads. Anything out of these boundaries TeachOrTutor.com can not be held responsible for.

Article 3. Buying and Selling - As a user, you may buy and/or sell services over TeachOrTutor.com. As a buyer, you know that buying is a binding contract with you and the seller, and cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once you buy a service, you will be obligated to buy the sellers service at the said price you indicated as your buy. As a seller, the ad that you place up for must be real. As a seller, you are not in any way to buy your own ads. If reported, your classified ad will be deleted.

Article 4. Selling Items - As a user, you are welcome to put services up at TeachOrTutor.com. We do have restrictions on what services you may sell, and what you may not sell. TeachOrTutor.com has the right to take down anything that we consider harmful, malice, inappropriate or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Services that are up for sell are subject to review by the staff of TeachOrTutor.com, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with the User Agreement.

Article 5. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they buy your services. Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the classified is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the classified service.

Article 6. Warranty - TeachOrTutor.com provide this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. TeachOrTutor.com is not liable for any damages resulting in a classified, or your visit to the site.
